Fear and Action
Fear is on one side. Action and opportunity on the other. What’s in the middle – what’s the catalyst? It’s something that challenges us.
The physical response known as “fight or flight” provides psycological and physiological explanations for how we respond to a perceived threat – a challenge. The “flight” response errs towards self-preservation. The “flight” response is a manifestation of fear.
On the other side, we can choose to “fight”. We can take action and stand our ground – or move forward. Challenges can give us the motivation to take action and “fight”.
Bring on the challenges. Take action.
